Shellfish research and information services for the U.S. West Coast

PSI works with a wide variety of partner organizations from state and federal agencies to univisersities and non-profits. Partners in the shellfish industry also contribute greatly to many of PSI’s research and outreach projects. These partnerships are essential to developing and communicating sound and relevant scientific research. PSI is always eager to explore new partnerships and expand into new areas of shellfish research and outreach.

PSI also has occassional need for technicans and field assistants. These positions are usually temporary and cover a variety of biological, ecological, physical and social sciences.

Pacific Shellfish Institute is hiring an Education and Outreach Manager to provide our community with science-based, hands-on learning opportunities related to shellfish, water quality and Puget Sound stewardship. Initial review of applications begins July 20. Applications accepted until filled.
